Nutraceuticals Enters Agreement with Clinical Research Malaysia to Explore NC-107 Development
DALLAS, Texas and KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — October 14, 2026 — Nutraceuticals Corporation (“Nutraceuticals” or the “Company”), headquartered at 4949 Westgrove Dr, Dallas, TX 75248, today announced that it has executed a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) with Clinical Research Malaysia (CRM) to facilitate confidential discussions and evaluation relating to NC-107, the Company’s proprietary investigational asset.
1. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement with Clinical Research Malaysia
The MNDA was executed with Clinical Research Malaysia (Company No. 201201021790), a company limited by guarantee based at D-26-06, Menara Suezcap 1, KL Gateway, No. 2 Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The agreement establishes a framework for the confidential exchange and internal evaluation of relevant information concerning NC-107. The discussions are intended to explore potential clinical research considerations in Malaysia.
The MNDA provides for confidentiality protection for five years, subject to its terms and applicable law. The agreement does not, by itself, constitute a commitment to conduct a clinical trial, a clinical research partnership, regulatory approval, or an obligation to enter into a subsequent transaction.
