Member of the Board of Directors. Rob has run various public & private companies over the last 30 years. His track record was primarily in the rubber and cork industry. In 1986-1990 he partnered with the richest family in Portugal, the Amorim Group. In 4 years the company was the largest aftermarket industry source. Rob Sold to Cork Group, who is today the largest in the world for these products. Rob’s experience in this arena is extensive. Rob also has experience in the capital markets taking various entities to market via the TSX, OTC and NEO

Chief Clinical Officer and is an internist in Carrollton, Texas and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Carrollton Regional Medical Center . He received his medical degree from University of Buenos Aires and has been in practice for more than 30 years. He is also a Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical School.  He is a member Harvard Alumni association. He has done 20 IND applications with the US Food and Drug Administration. He is also familiar  with  oversight  of  the  clinical  process  personally  overseeing  hundreds  of  drugs  which successfully went to market.

Currently serves as President/CEO of MobileOp4 Technologies, Inc. Additionally he maintains the role of Managing Partner of Tech Equity Group, a holding company specializing in the acceleration of companies in the technology arena. Mr. Hall formerly served as the President/CEO and was a member of the Board of Directors of Fusion Laboratories. Mr. Hall is a cofounder of Fusion Labs., a technology holding company based in Dallas, Texas, that manages companies specializing in the application of enabling technologies to high growth industries and specialized markets. Hall has served on the Board of Directors, for several national and regional companies (public and private) providing guidance for Vision Source Optical, Capital Adventures, Channel-n, Right Media Solutions, Rxoid , EarthX currently, and diligently works with several large philanthropic Foundations that provide economic assistance and strategic visioning for nonprofit organizations throughout the U.S.

Co-founder with over 30 years of experience in laboratory equipment design, and research and development, 15 years in designing laboratory research equipment, 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a laboratory scientist, 5 years as a development scientist in the hemp and cannabis industry.

Vivaris (formerly Lake Erie Capital) invests in and acquires middle-market businesses in healthcare, life sciences, and technology that are leaders in their market niches. Mr. Mizer serves as the chairman of each of the portfolio companies and guides key strategic decisions and their execution. He also serves as the operating president on an interim basis when companies are going through periods of ownership succession and new management team members are being assembled.

His areas of expertise include executive leadership, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, raising capital, launching, acquiring, and growing businesses.

Keith has a diverse experience in public & private companies over the last 16 years with Maralex International Inc. originally created to provide engineering, geologic and operational expertise for the development of coalbed methane resources worldwide. The company drilled and completed the first three coalbed methane wells on the African Continent in Zimbabwe. Keith was an Associate Producer for the acclaimed film, "Sound of Freedom" hit theaters earlier this summer to expose the atrocities of human trafficking in 2023. Keith was also a guest speaker at the Budapest summit.

Treasurer and a skilled professional focused on process management and revenue growth  with  more  than  27  years  of  professional  management  experience  and  has  sat  as  an indepednent fund director on a public company. He is well versed in financials according to GAAP and other financial matters.

VP, Business Development Director – joined NUTRA in January 2005 after having been part of building four highly profitable companies in very different business environments (catastrophe reinsurance, motorsports,  and  medical space).  Russell has created medical devices, software and dashboards to monitor effects of  APIs in patients.  He has also adapted the inhalers to identify early stage Covid with an anosmia testing kit that gained clearance with the FDA for use with the public.  Russell’s work has  yielded 6 issued patents.

Member of the Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Ichim is a seasoned biotechnology entrepreneur who dedicated over 20 years to launching, growing, and realizing value of multiple biotech companies. When he was eleven years old, his mother was diagnosed with Leukemia. This  catalyzed  Thomas’  complete  dedication  to  biomedical  sciences,  with  emphasis  on  practical implementation  of  advanced  therapies.  Dr.  Ichim  is  especially  renowned  for  his  advances  in regenerative medicine and immunotherapy. Dr. Ichim has led both small and large scientific teams, business development, and general executive functions. He has been a Manager, Vice President, as well as President and CEO of emerging biotechnology startups and billion-dollar public enterprises.

She has been a certified Pharmaceutical Representative (CNPR) since June of 2015. She is part of numerous public platforms and in was named in 2024 CEO of the Year for several years of support and contribution to the Ms. International World Organization. She also received in 2024 Diversity, Equality, & Inclusion "Game Changer of the Year" and received the prestigious 2022 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Recipient (PVSA)- Biden/Harris Administration. Her name is inscribed in the Library of Congress. She was given in 2021 the Certificate of Recognition as an International Mentor for young kids, women, and pageant girls. In 2021 she was named Influential Woman of Broward County Delegate to attend international Conference and Summit as special guest attendee. She has substantial experience in fashion as well and from 2016-2021 International Model with extensive runway experience- NYFW, Lanka Fashion Week, Fort Lauderdale Swim Week, Palm Beach Swim Week, and Orlando International Fashion Week amongst many others. She offers advice on public platforms, public relations and also pharmaceutical sales processes including the licensing aspect of FDA approved medical devices.
