Nutraceuticals Corporation Announces Strategic Capital Markets and Evidence-Based Intelligence Initiative to Advance NC-107 Development
[Dallas ,Texas] — [Oct 6th] — Nutraceuticals Corporation (“Nutraceuticals” or the “Company”) today announced a strategic initiative focused on strengthening the evidence base, development pathway and institutional capital readiness of its NC-107 program.
NC-107 is an investigational inhaled product being developed for potential applications in anxiety-related indications. NC-107 has not been approved for commercial sale, and its safety and efficacy have not been established. The Company intends to advance its development program through appropriate clinical, regulatory and scientific processes.
As part of this initiative, Nutraceuticals has engaged GT Securities for investment banking, strategic financing and capital-markets advisory services in connection with the Company's potential future financing and strategic capital initiatives.
The Company is also working with EELS on a separate strategic intelligence and evidence-based capital-readiness program. The EELS mandate is focused on evidence collection and assessment, biotechnology benchmarking, valuation analysis, development-pathway intelligence and institutional readiness.
The two roles are intentionally distinct. GT Securities' engagement relates to investment banking and capital-markets activities, while EELS's role is focused on non-securities strategic intelligence and evidence analysis.
Our objective is to build the evidence before making the commitment,” said Sean Berrier, Chief Executive Officer of Nutraceuticals Corporation. “NC-107 is an important development program, and we believe that disciplined evidence, appropriate regulatory engagement and institutional-quality analysis are essential as we evaluate its future potential.”»
The initiative is intended to support the Company's assessment of:
- clinical and scientific development benchmarks;
- regulatory and development pathways;
- comparable biotechnology and pharmaceutical programs;
- potential strategic applications and commercial opportunities;
- valuation scenarios supported by identifiable evidence; and
- institutional capital readiness.
Nutraceuticals expects the resulting work to provide a more structured framework for evaluating NC-107 and the Company's broader strategic opportunities.
Evidence Before Commitment
The Company emphasized that the initiative is not intended to predetermine the outcome of NC-107's clinical, regulatory or commercial development.
Instead, Nutraceuticals intends to apply an evidence-based process in which material claims are identified, sourced, assessed and revalidated as additional information becomes available.
