Nutraceuticals Provides Update on Preliminary NC-107 Research Discussions with Singapore's Institute of Mental Health

Nutraceuticals Corporation (the “Company”) wishes to disclose that it is progressing confidentiality arrangements with the Institute of Mental Health (“IMH”), Singapore, in connection with preliminary discussions concerning the potential clinical research feasibility and evaluation of NC-107, the Company's investigational product being developed for generalised anxiety disorder (GAD).

On October 26, 2026, correspondence from an IMH representative indicated that the relevant signatures for the proposed Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) were in the process of being obtained, with a further update to follow.

The proposed NDA is intended to provide a framework for the confidential exchange of information necessary to evaluate potential clinical research and implementation possibilities relating to NC-107.

The discussions are preliminary in nature. As of the date of this statement, the correspondence referenced above does not establish that the NDA has been fully executed, that IMH has agreed to conduct or sponsor a clinical trial, or that any clinical, regulatory, procurement or commercial commitment has been made by either party.

Any potential research collaboration remains subject to completion of the applicable documentation, institutional review, scientific and clinical assessment, regulatory requirements, and the parties' respective internal approvals.

The Company will consider further disclosure if and when a material development occurs and disclosure is appropriate under applicable securities laws and reporting obligations.
